Eligibilty criteria for accessing the service

Selborne Care provides a service to people who:

• Are over 18 years of age and who have mild to moderate learning disabilities or have complex needs
• Live within the areas of West Midlands and Worcestershire or who are presently out of county but wish to return
• Have their own tenancy or are planning to have their own tenancy or own their own home
• Need housing related support
